Will Your Doctors Still Take Your Plan in 2027?
Send us your doctors. We will check the Medicare Advantage plans in your county and tell you who is still in network for next year. It costs nothing and you are under no obligation to change anything.
This is what happens every January
Someone walks into the doctor’s office they have used for eleven years. The woman at the front desk looks at the new card and says, “I’m sorry, we don’t take that plan anymore.”
Nothing was done wrong. The plan did not get canceled. What happened is that the insurance company and the doctor’s office did not renew their contract for the new year, and nobody thought to tell the patient.
Networks change every single year. So do drug lists, copays, and which hospitals are included. A plan that fit you perfectly in 2026 may not fit you at all in 2027, and the only way to know is to check before the year starts.
That is the whole reason this page exists. If you want to check whether your doctor is in your Medicare plan for next year, we will do the looking for you.
What we actually do
You send us your list. Your doctors, your hospital, your dentist, and the prescriptions you take. It takes about two minutes.
We do the checking. We look at the Medicare Advantage plans offered in your county and find out which ones list your doctors as in network for 2027.
You get a straight answer. We send you what we found in plain English. If your current plan still covers everyone, we will tell you that and you keep what you have. That happens often, and it is a perfectly good outcome.
There is no charge, and answering does not commit you to anything.
A note on honesty, because it matters here. Provider directories are maintained by the insurance companies and they are not always current. We will tell you what the plan’s own directory says and the date we checked it. Before you ever enroll in anything, we will confirm directly with the plan and with your doctor’s office. We do not guess.
Send us your list
We will get back to you within one business day.
Or get a faster, more complete answer
The form above is the quick version. If you have five minutes, there is a longer one that lets you enter your doctors and your prescriptions yourself, exactly as they appear on your bottles and your cards.
It goes straight into the system we use to look up plans, which means nothing gets lost in translation and we can get you a far more complete answer. It also includes the permission form Medicare requires before an agent can go over specific plans with you, so that is out of the way before we ever speak.
Most people find this is the better use of their time.
No cost. No obligation. You can stop at any point.
Why we do this at no charge
We are an independent agency, not a call center. When you enroll in a plan through us, the insurance company pays us. Your premium is exactly the same whether you use an agent or not.
That means we can afford to tell you the truth, including the times the truth is “your plan is fine, stay where you are.” We would rather have you as a client for fifteen years than sell you something you did not need in October.
If you want a broader look at your coverage while you are here, the Medicare Clarity Score takes about three minutes and flags the gaps people most often miss. You can also read more about how Medicare Advantage plans work or schedule a free annual review.
Questions people ask
Does this cost anything?
No. There is no charge and no obligation to change your plan.
How long does it take?
We reply within one business day. During the busiest weeks of fall it may take two.
What if my doctor is not in any plan?
Then that is worth knowing before January, and there are usually options. One of them is Original Medicare with a supplement, which does not use networks at all. We will walk you through what makes sense.
Am I going to get sales calls?
You will hear from Scott, and only Scott. We do not sell or share your information. If you tell us email is fine, we will send the answer and leave it there.
When can I actually change plans?
The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7. Some people qualify to change at other times of year. The enrollment periods page explains which windows apply to you.
